The Orange County Rescue Mission offers a generous, comprehensive benefits package* to full-time and regular part-time employees as described below:

Medical/Dental/Vision

OCRM contributes 100% of premiums for employee and 50% for eligible dependants.

Long-Term Disability

OCRM pays 100% of premiums. 90-day waiting period; payments to age 65 (66 2/3% Salary)

Time Off

Vacation: 10 Days on accrual basis
Discretionary Leave (Personal / Sick Days): 8 days on accrual basis
Funeral & Bereavement Leave: 3 days

Retirement

403(b) employee contribution available. OCRM will match 50% of employee contributions beginning January 1 of the year following the employee's first anniversary.

$25,000 policy, paid by OCRM
