| Evening and Weekend Intern |

| Responsibilities: This is a live-in position at our women’s facility which entails the following: oversees the safety and security of all residents, staff, and the facility. Supervises in conjunction with the Evening & Weekend Supervisor the completion of resident work assignments. Works directly with residents to resolve conflicts that occur. Listens to residents and prays with them as needed. Supervises volunteer events. Submits nightly reports to the Facility Manager. Assists case managers with clerical duties. Teaches Crown Financial classes. Conducts research for residents as directed by case managers. Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent experience. Supervisory experience. Proficient in the MS Windows operating system, MS Word, MS Excel, E-mail, and Internet usage. Knowledge and experience in working with women in crises. Good organizational and administrative skills. Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of information as appropriate. Good interpersonal skills.

| Safety Officer Full Time |

| Responsibilities: This is a full time live-in position which entails the following; maintains a safe and secure environment at facility. Report all pertinent information to appropriate individual. Works directly with individuals to resolve any conflicts that may occur. Participate in all emergency services programs and events, including natural disasters that require all personnel to be onsite and available. Control access to facility. Conduct drug and alcohol screening on students returning from offsite. Conduct patrols as assigned by Supervisor. Maintain accurate records of all individuals entering and exiting the facility. Maintain daily patrol and incident logs. Maintain strict control of all keys and access badges. Provide information to visitors, as well as escort to individuals who have appointments.
Requirements: Christ-centered behavior, i.e., treating people with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity at all times. AA Degree or equivalent education and experience. Knowledge and experience working with men, women and children in crisis. A pleasant personality to people you are speaking to on the telephone, visitors, and company personnel. The ability to act and think promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. Good verbal and written communication skills. Legible handwriting. Self-motivated and flexible. Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of information as appropriate. Good organizational and administrative skills. Basic typing (40 wpm). Hands-on PC compatible computer knowledge, understanding and skill. Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer). Maintain First Aid, CPR, and AED certification can be obtained after employment. Maintain an acceptable driving record (in accordance with our insurance carrier, less than 2 DMV points on driving record).
